Get in touchMy training is results driven. Before we meet, I'll establish the outcomes you want and identify your barriers. Whether it's interview training or presentation skills, the mission is the same: giving you the skills and confidence to communicate with clarity and impact. You'll get honest feedback and leave with tools you'll use for the rest of your career.
I offer 1:1 sessions for focused, personalised coaching, and group training for companies and teams of up to eight people. Whoever is in the room gets the attention and support they need. Get in touch to talk through what would work best for you.
Entirely up to you. Both are effective and achieve the same brilliant results. For in-person training, I'm based in Reigate, Surrey, and I'm happy to travel. Get in touch to discuss what suits you best.
Just wear something you're comfortable in. I'd avoid very restrictive clothing, as we want to move freely, but beyond that, come as yourself and feel confident and relaxed.
For public speaking and presentation coaching, prepare a short speech to give us material to work with. For interview training, send me a job spec for the type of role you're applying for, or for university interviews, the course, university and format, such as MMI.
Not at all. I know this sort of training can feel daunting, but I have plenty of experience in putting people at ease. I won't make you do anything you don't want to do, and I promise you'll enjoy your session.
Yes, absolutely. Before our session I take time to understand your challenges and what you want from the day. For companies, I'll get to know your business, your industry and your team. Everything is bespoke.
Yes. For 1:1 clients, we can focus on a specific presentation or interview, or have regular sessions to build all-round communication skills. I won't tie you down to a package. For companies, I can design a full programme to grow your team's skills over time.
Fees vary depending on the type of session, its duration, and whether it's individual or group coaching. Book a free discovery call or get in touch and I'll happily talk through the options with you.
