I revel in getting back to my drama roots, and I love spending time with you before our session, understanding your team’s personalities, your strategic direction and what your Away Day is all about. I’ll then create a fun session, tailored to your team and your objectives, that you can build into your day.
But I’d be lying if I said I don’t want to leave your team with some skills! So, as part of our session, I’ll teach some strategies for dealing with nerves, building a more confident mindset, and how to think creatively to overcome challenges and develop their strategic thinking.
